how to remove "It can only be wielded properly by royal paladins of level 80 or higher."
i want add this items for all vocations

Either change it in movements.xml or weapons.xml as the user above mentioned.

Open your map in Remere, then click File, Import, Import Monsters/NPC. Then the custom monsters will be in Creature Palette, Others and the NPC in NPCs.
