I have a problem in my server when killing a boss you get double reward, one from the bag and another from the chest.
Does anyone know what it could be?

Assuming you're using TFS 1.x. And by this you mean it's dropping loot from within the creatures corpse and also in the reward chest. It might be because you don't have creature:setDropLoot(false) added in the reward chests onKill event.
