Can somebody help me i cant logg into Softcores.otland.net website or logg into the game. But i can logg into Icechaw and Twinforce

Any Gm or Player Help me..
 
He doesnt get any error, he says he clicks softcores.otland.net and presses enter then he will just have to wait and nothing will happen, the site wont load for him..
