Help!

Ok.. i need with alot of things..
1: how to make quest.
i have done the action id 2000 and stuff and the uniqe id "itemID"
And it works but only for some quest.. i dont know why..
but i have a quest where you get like 8 items and only 2 of them work and i have done same thing in all chest.
2: How to make "coffin stair" to work..
i thought i just can use the hole script and change the itemID
but i cant find it..
and the coffin stair have the ID "7524"...
3: What ID should the water be if you can swim in it?

Action ID - 2000.
Unique ID as Storage.
Chest content as Prize.

2.
Change in items.xml to walkable, and in items.xml floor change - down.

3.
It should be shallow water, that's all ;P
