well im new at editing pages it my first page for my otserver so i have issues

well in this image there the Donate that sends me to index.php/agrements and i dont have that page so i want to change it for mypage/sms.php that is the correct path, where can i change this hyperlinks?

Also i want to make a section in the library zone.. Quest where show the list of quest " with links "in the ot so there will be a guide for the quest, images words kinda that stuff

if somebody can say me how i do this or explain it

depends on aac, for gesior it's layout.php and for modern it's index.tpl
