HexEditor Problem

Hello Guys i got problem with hex editor.
I got skill Fishing (To Short)
But in hexeditor it have 7 letters (To Short) and after that is only one 00
my new skillname got 12 letters so i can't rename that (It's to Long) ;/ How i can rename that from 7 letters to 12?
