When you run teamviewer, send your teamviewer id and password to the user you want to show something to. If they have the same version they should have no problems establishing the connection, and you can show them anything you want.
If you run multiple screens, they have the option to choose which monitor to watch, if that's too hard for them, just move the stuff you want to show to the screen they are looking at.
