kind off dont understand sh1t on the readme. 
Connect to the server using sftpd program like winSCP.
send your OT files to the otserver folder. (so config.lua = otserver/config.lua)
configure tfs version in .tfs-version file.
Remove the stop file, and it should start up within 4 minutes.
View console.log to find errors.
fix all errors to make it run properly.
