Hi, Just needing some help in XAMPP

hi! ..

well first someone gift me a server based on SQL, its a forgotten server 10.36, so i search a lot of information and i can put it online but!! i don't know about this errors, ni phpmyadmin says:

SELECT "prefs"FROM"phpmyadmin"."pma_table_uiprefs"WHERE"username"="root" AND"db_name"="ot"AND"table_name"="accounts"

#1146 - Table "phpmyadmin.pm_table_uiprefs" doesn´t exist Please! Help! me!!

and when i check the security says:

A FTP server is not running or is blocked by a firewall!!

i don't understand the english much
just a little bit please help!!!!!!!
