TFS 1.X+ Hide NPC based on storage value

Hello,

I saw this behavior on different OTS and I want to try reproduce it on mine.

So the functionality is that based on the current quest progress NPC can be shown in couple places.

For example:

NPC meet in city have dialog like : Let`s meet in the forest
user still see this NPC in the city but when I go to the forest the NPC is there and only this player can speak to this NPC.


I understand that there are just couple NPC`s with the same name and look but how show/hide NPC based on player storage value?


Or maybe I am completely wrong and this is working somehow different?
