Higher level than 717217 and 100% mana and hp

Hey guys I have a problem, I want to open a HIGHEXP-OT soon but the problem is, I dont know how to fix that ppls can get higher level than 717217 and 100% mana and hp on Screen.... Can someone give me TFS 0.3.6 with the two things? Please! I need it :/ - Kind regards - GOD Barth.
