Hiring full team to create new project

Lately I've been investing alot in different projects outside of Tibia and I've now decided it may be time to contribute to the Open Tibia community and invest a little to create my own server.

So I'm looking to hire a developer with the following skills, shouldnt be too hard to find on OTland:

1. C++
2. Lua
3. PHP

Besides a developer, I'm also going to need a mapper. Not a showoff mapper but one who can actually build things realistically and pays attention to detail.

The hires will ofcourse be paid jobs, preferrably through swish or paypal.

Looking for a otcv8 dev and designer. Who can manage to use the classic ui uploaded in otland and add these additional changes:

Required experience
Design
Lua
C++

Required features
Depot stash
Depot market
Enable share exp
Advanced BP settings
Walking for TVP instead of TFS
Lightning like rl tibia
Effects like rl tibia
Real tibia client shop
Add addons to classic UI

Some more stuff.. but all these things i only need you to implement client side.
