Hive Bosses

I have a question.

Hive bosses(Chopper, Fleshslicer, Maw, Mindmasher, Rotspit, Shadowstalker) spawns like normal monsters or only on raids?

Some people said they spawns like normal monsters so now i dont know how it is.

I feel its normal.
Chopper - TibiaWiki - Quests, Items, Spells, and more
Seems like they have a location where they spawn all the time,says nothing about raids .

theres any information about raid but this monster appears only on raid

that didnt helped me ;/
