Probably because he spammed the marketplace with like 20 threads.
 
All his threads got merged a few days ago, so his banishment is unclear at the moment.
 
It's not his fault he's got a lot of stock to sell. There's nothing against making a lot of threads if the content is original and different from the rest.

I'm afraid that Talaturen does not agree with you, however he didn't get banned for that purpose.

Well mayby there isn't, but it's not necessairy for the community as for him to have a thread per character he would like to sell. I am also strong against the market sector of otland, it doesn't belongs to open tibia. Also there should be a rule against that.

I sent Talaturen a PM because there is no rule against creating these many threads, therefore moderators could not delete/merge them. It's not necessery to do a rule enforcement because of something that occur one time, but Talaturen merged the threads and I'm sure that if people will keep doing 20 threads to sell 20 products that could all go in the same thread there will be a new rule against it.

It wasn't for spamming. His threads were merged and he received an infraction for the spamming. After that he responded to the infraction acting like an asshole which reminded me that he used to have a permanent banishment. A permanent banishment is forever, which whoever lifted it clearly didn't understand so I just banned him again.
