Windows Homepage problems!

Yo guys i got this problem with my homepage for my 8.54 server ive opened the following ports;

80 80[both]
443 443[both]
3306 3306[both]
7171 7171[TCP]
7272 7272[TCP]

i start my apache and mysql correctly i can connect to my server through this ip 127.0.0.1

i give my ip to my friends not this one 127.0.0.1 i give out my ip from whatsmyip.com and this is it 83.253.240.61< but they still cant connect to my homepage ive given it to people to try joining the server itself that works with 83.253.240.61 as ip but they still cant connect to the homepage ;/
help me please?

ive already done that, thats the ip they connect to the server ye i know but they can connect to the server itself but they cant go in the homepage and do accounts and stuff

maybe your ISP is blocking port 80? try using 8080 for apache instead

i looked that up with portcheck it says that port 80 is free;S

if u have msn on turn it off it takes port 80 to or skype

If you use teamviewer turn it off. And wich OS Do you use?

Open apache and mysql. I bet you are using SQLite.

I got the same problem, but my port 80 is free? ;o
but now when im using my global ip im coming to the Router forwarding homepage? ;o
