Homepage

Ill try to explain my problem on the homepage as good as i can,

So here goes,

first i start xampp and run mysql and apache, after ive done that i run my ot server, alrite i give my ip to some friends go on the hompage for account makeing, here is the ip 83.253.240.61
remember that i said i started mysql and apache? well the homepage still wont work, they cant connect to the homepage so i gave them acces to my account to try connect to the ot server it selft with the same ip as the homepage, there they didnt have any problems they could connect to the otserver itself but not the homepage some people asked me to check if my ISP had been blocking port 80 well here is the results

192.168.0.11 7171 7171 [TCP] enable? (x)
192.168.0.11 7172 7172 [TCP] enable? (x)

Turn it off it use port 80

ive already changed port on skype;O

it is possible that your ISP is blocking port 80

Which OS Do you use? and which ports using skype atm
