My project is a personalized ot 10.96 with a map size 1000x1000 and for maximun 35-40 person online.

which do you recommend not very expensive?

I would go for this one, 16eur is pretty cheap for a decent VPS which has 3GHZ and enough memory to run your map and scripts,
Also there's north america option
