can i host my server and site with usb modem?
if you know please tell me cuz i am planning to buy one but idk if i can open port in it and host server with it
the model is (K3715)hsupa/hsdpa

You can, but it will be laggie. USB modem are satellite based. You will have slow response time. (Like 150 - 450ms).

Even if it's like 16 GB or higher?..

Or could you buy a External Hard-drive and would it run better off that?

It doesn't matter how big it is, or what bandwidth it got. Hosting with an USB modem is laggie because the response time between the host - through satellite - to us is to big.
