I'm about to buy a Dedicated Server, because my server is ready. But there goes my question, is Uniform Server, ZnoteAcc and OTX compatible with Linux? Because the hosting company that I like does only host with Linux!

Typically the hoster will provide apache and mysql already installed, along wit phpmyadmin and an FTP server for moving your files. As for OTX you'll probably have to compile the source to work with whatever distro of linux they use.
