Is it the same running TFS in windows and in Linux?

I want to host my server in a pc with linux, please tell me if there's any difference, for example, with the phpmyadmin, the database and those things ;)
 
PHPmyAdmin is PHP script.
If you want to host under linux first you must compile engine (TFS) under linux :p
