Is that good? and what server can this host if it got these qualitys?

You will not be able to host a proper real-map server. You will have to upgrade your specifications in that case because the real-map needs at least 1,7 GB of RAM!
You may perhaps host a customized server in any way, as long as the map size doesn't get larger than 80MB+.

Yes you will be able to host that. Probably!

Don't use CheapVPS, I'd rather use Server4you...
