Well you can try http://vpsdime.com/ but if you DDoS then its a problem maybe there is some cheap vps with anti DDoS but it will be hard to find it.

thx, and how does it work? I never have let some site host my ot how will I start my ot and site and how do I change things if I need to add a new monster or change the map?

You can upload/download files to your server via FTP.

And mostly control the server via PuTTY if your using Linux.
VNC/Remote Desktop if you are using Windows on the server.

If you want a really stable good dedi/vps im pretty sure 10 euro is not enough

Well I first just want to test to see how it works if im going to make a serious ot I will be able to pay more
