hosting

If you live in EU, i recommend Hetzner. Insane server hosting with good network usage and instantly access able servers etc. etc.
One thing you have to know when it comes to server hosting, network speed is "useless".
With this don't take that word as the whole meaning.
This means:
1. Network speed is important, you don't even need over 100/100. Due to it's a host machine dude. 100-200mb/s is fine enough.
2. If you host a server, speed over the network is useless for the players. The parts and locations are the Prio. Depending on your amount of players ofc.
3. You do not use that much speed for any reason at all
4. Players from EU will have OK ping even with 10 mb/s, US and ASIA/Brazil people will have terrible ping even if you have 1000/1000mb/s. Your speed can't help, nothing can. Except for proxys.

Hetzner just released US host machines aswell, so I can recommend it for the US and EU! :D
Else you got smth good and overpriced like OVH, classic.

From those things he said, I don't get that part. I just answered from his question.
He wants a server host that has the potential network speed. So i went ahead to give some recommendations and explaining what to focus on when it comes to hosting a server

why did he showof than his internet speed ? just because he wants to be special or maybe he thought that he could run a server on that network with nice speed?
