You buy a house by using the commands:

alana res
Buy an empty house

alana grav <playername>
Sell your house to another player

alana sio
Kick a guest from a house

aleta sio
Invite a guest to your house

aleta som
Make someone a sub-owner of your house

alana som
Disband your house

To sell your house to someone you have to be within tradin distance for it to work
