TFS 1.X+ House- missing items

Hello,
I have problem with missing items from any house.
I use OTSERVBR 12x
I tried to edit map and save, and the same result

When you put items inside a house and save/shutdown it disappear?

Yes I mean I put items to house and when I shut down the server and launch again, these items dissapear. I did server save

Are you sure the house contains house tiles and protection zone?
