House price in TFS 1.2

Hello. How to change house prices in TFS 1.2 .

I know in config.lua is var HousePriceSQM but I had changed this value and no results.

buy that house and then leave the hose and the price will change. Hope this was helpful.

or, if this server is not yet public just truncate tile_store table in phpmyadmin (server must be offline), doing so will erase all house items but also cause house door descriptions to update
