Houseitems -> depot

I'd like to know how i can transfer all house-items to the depot of the player owning the house. I'm not that good with MySQL etc, but seems to be possible there, aye? I just don't know how to do it =)

When player leaves house, or you type (inside!) /owner nobody, all items from house are transferred to depot ^^,

But How do I do it with all houses at same time?
