Any quick guide how to set a entry to the house?

That's why you don't set any entry for the houses, is not a problem at all, but if you want a specific "exit" for your houses, only set the "select exit" tile from houses and set the splash in front of the respective house door.

Ctrl + T to make your town, goto the add house tab and hit add house, the water splash needs to be infron of the door and everything inside needs to be green for the current house and when you create a new house the old ones should turn blue.
