Houses won't save

Hello i use the TFS 0.28

when i buy a house a house. And i put loot and decor in my house. When i save the server and i restart the server. all my stuff in my house is gone.

How can i fix that

I got the same problem, using "The forgotten server" 0.2.4

As i see everyone has this problem but none helping :/
After year this bug still exist, im using tfs 0.3.4b2
