Something must be done about the housing situation. Virtually every house is taken in all cities (even kazordoon, and who goes to kaz ). There are several 14 sqm houses going for almost 200k in auction. Since when do small houses go for that much?

Please do something about this, maybe add a rent system or do a major house clean for inactive players. Thank you.

if you had the economy class in school you know about the situation of when there is not much to offer, but alot of people want it, the price rises. Alot of people want a house, but since there arent much for sale, the price is very high. That is just how the economy works, even on tibia.

you should add a monthly rent system where the money has to be in there bank.. buying a house is just stupid if this server is so close to rl make it like that.
