Lua How add elemental defense to vocations?

I'am making my War server, and now, i got a idea...
Is possible add elemental defense to vocations? (TFS 0.3.4)
For example:
Master Sorcerer: 20% defense against fire, -20% defense against ice, etc...

1# Source edit
2# Create a script which increases and decreases the damage, depending on vocation.

You can't fix it by editing the Vocation.xml. Then you'll have to source edit first, if you wanna do that afterward.
