How ADD "uniqueplayer" "multiclient" TAG - TFS 0.4 otserverlist rules

Hello dear community, as the title suggests, I'm a little desperate about this issue. I can't find a tutorial on the entire forum that helps me add these two tags to the src of my TFS 0.4_DEV server. My server was banned for a month, and the ban has expired. I don't want to be banned again.

All the tutorials that appear in the forum are for higher versions such as 1.x but nothing for olders tfs 0.4 or 0.3.7
