How can I enchant my Rainbow Shield?

Well.. the title gives the point of this Thread, i just did the quest of Demon Oak.. and i choosed the Rainbow Shield because i know it can be very useful for a pally.. that dosn't like to use two handed things xD.. so.. IF someone could help me and tell me how i can enchant my rainbow shield i'll be so thankfull plz!

the shied is bugged so, you can't encanth it
