How can i find a team for my server?

I have tried everything from trying a contest for the best artist, to offering a huge amount of cash for a TEAM but still cant find anyone.. Is $$$ a big issue? What prices do people normally offer?

Cause im needing EVERYTHING but i have had one person msg me and send me stick drawings with smiley faces and srry but thats not my style..

I kinda thought sinking $5,000 into this would be a good incentive... i mean i know im starting from absolutely nothing... and asking to make something. Well no thats not right... not just something but something amazing..

So can someone explain how i could go about finding a team?

You can create a thread in jobs, but I saw you already did it. Offering money isn't a very good way to find a team, if people want money for work, they can just find a real job.
Most people just have it as hobby and don't want to work with someone who barely wants to put effort in his server.
So I suggest to show your experience, like work you made in the past or if you don't have much experience yet, show your effort in getting experience.

i dont know jack... im looking and trying to learn but.... payman is hard for me with photoshop ok? so yeah im not about to do what i want to do cause itll look like 2 sticks walk into each other and thats it...

ive done some mapping but.... cant do that here.... im literally stuck

If you are talking about things like sprites, you can create a thread in small art. Practise with the sprites, post them and people can give ideas and suggestions you can learn from.
There are several threads where new spriters learned to make really good sprites in a short amount of time.

yeah but im sure there are better ways... I cant start and run a whole server by myself... starting completely from scratch
