Windows How can I optimize my database?

My server will lose mysql connection when it does a query. This usually happens about 1-2 hours in, and when 4-5 players are online. The server is a 77MB map; so the server is taking a load. So I need to optimize everything to make it run smooth.

I have read that its good to optimize a database, the only problem is I cant find anyway how. So I am willing to pay 5-10$USD to someone trustworthy to help me out and get the server stable. If someone would like to help me for free, that'd be great!

First than all the only way to optimize the querys is with linux!

In other words, windows dedicated servers arent ment for a real life map?

Yep, most optimizations are for/have more effect on Linux.
