What do you mean? Open one? Just download a server (to make it custom remove everything except database? and replace with custom) and find hoster then get it going...

you got no clue about servers so you will just be wasting your money...

though if you can portforward then you can search on google how to open an ot or something cuz im not gonna write all the steps...
