OTClient How can I start my own server to play in my free time?

I want to make a server for my free time, no online, free premium, with teleports to the monsters, fast lvl, like the servers that have resets every 1000 levels, or something like that, rl can get boring and the other servers are pay to win, and I don't want to be spending money because of the economic situation

Can someone guide me or tell how to start and procced?

You can just play without spending money, making server because of that will suck so much time out of you that you will go back to it anyway if you're focusing only on playing the game
