how can I use the 4 core of my dedicated?
because my dedicated ta using only 1 core locking up at 300 and ta online

I pay anyone help me

TFS 0.4(the base of OTX) is not a multi-threaded application so when it comes to multi core environments TFS tends to ignore the other cores and use only one. TFS .10 has better optimization so you will not have this locking up problem.
