How can players join my server?

I have search on forum, but I can't find how i can players join my server.

Help me plx, I got LegendOTS and it is XML.

go into start hit the one under search whrite cmd then u will get a black screen type in ipconfig u will get something like 192.168.xxx.xxx try too just past it in to ur broser nothing else maybee come upp a logg in screen try too type user:admin dosent it work try user:admin password is password original settings when ur in it is just too portforward i fink ther is a good guide somewher if u search around standard gateway it must stand on the thing i told u before that is ur ip too ur computer people in ur home connected too ur server people how are connected to ur router can only connect too it that is one ur going too use later when u open ports /BaZZe
