[How?] Change Servers Sprites

How can i Add or Change Sprites on my server? i want to make my own weapons, items, armor, ETC!

i dont know how to use the pic editor, or where to get one.

If you have links to RELIABLE pic editors or stuff for sprites POST THEM!
