Windows How do i add my ipn? (Paypal)

I am setting up my shop for testing, i just wondered where i entered my IPN in the config files? I tried searching the forums and i watched znotes tut on nothing to a full working server, but all he says about the IPN is add that to your sever, just wondering how

You have to purchase ipn from Paypal, automatic scripts are not free, that's why most servers don't use them, unless they receive a lot of donations. Go into the marketing section of your Paypal.

So theres no way to set up a shop on my website unless i upgrade to a business account?

Gesior is automatic? Atleast the 2012 version, but thats also the only safe one.
