How do I change account manager position to the position i prefer ?

In your database, players and change it.

Go to your database, find table 'players'. In that table find character 'Account Manager' and edit it. Insert any coordinates you want into 'x' 'y' and 'z' fields, but make sure before you save changes that the character is not online.
