How do I change the crit damage of TFS

I have a problem, in my OT server, the crit multiplier is set to 2x and it 1 shots every monster but not orshas and ferumbras (Deals massive damage).

Where can I change so it deals the correct multiplier of the normal damage?

I am using TFS 0.3.5 (8.5)
