How do i fix these 8.6 Zao Map Bugs?

A few days ago, i bought a 8.6 rl map from someone but when i open it up with remeres map editor for 8.6 client i get this:

Is there something missing from remere's since it is meant for the 8.6 client or is there monster and item files missing from my data folder that is causing this?

It's the difference in the items.otb that causes this. If it looks normal on your server, you can use that items.otb in Remere.
Else you can contact the owner of that map for his items.otb.

It doesnt work on remere's or my server. Do you have any items.otb that you would recommend?

Use your items.otb from your own server and put it in rme.
