How do i get my OT online? (Pics of current progress inculded)

I want to use SQLite. does that mean I need XAMPP ?

but for some reason my friends cant connect to my OT server.

You need to set the second ot port to 7172, not 7171.

also, use BOTH on both ports not TCP
