How do I make a title walkable?

I want to know how to make item ID 5200 walkable.. or just in general, any item, how do I edit it to make them walkable?

That's the Coloured GM Outfit(ID 386)

@spoking, from 8.7 you can change colours of admin outfit from outfit screen xD It is really cool feature that was added

its not a feature, its simply a new outfit like any other that is colourable

Yh i no, but you know what i meant. Yet you change the colours and have to relog because it changes you to the outfit you were on.. xD E.g. Citizen, then relog and god again but with the colours you set . And for the tile walkable thing, another thing you can do, is go another floor higher and put invisable tile.. But i guess you would need it on the same floor.
