But i want to make my website open for everyone else.
how do i input an domein name for my site?
I cant find an tutorial about that anywhere.
Right now i can only visit my website through localhost

You need to port foward, and you need to create a domain name. Free domains exist but if you want to buy one godaddy.com works just fine.
