How do i make everybody has every spell?

i dont find how to do it, its not in config so i dont know where it is y have World Of Tibiasula or TFS using sqlite can anybody help me please?

This has been answered a million times already.

spells.xml, find needlearn="1" and replace with needlearn="0"

Go to your spells folder, open spells.xml in a text editor (notepad, notepad++, etc.) and change needlearn. If it's needlearn=0 change it to 1, if it's needlearn=1 change it to 0...I can't remember which is which.
