How Do i Rent Houses

My problem here is that i want to rent the houses in my server not sell them.
In my config lua i have it like this:

There is no "renting out houses" But ppl can buy it and then have a money payment every mounth or how it is.

I want that the people pay montly for the house, and if they dont have the money loose the house

when they cant pay, they loose the house.. whats the problem?
