how do you change starting gear?

The simple way is to just log into the sample characters, and give them your desired gear.

no i mean like so instead of a person starting with a club they start with a sword
or instead of a bag (which is standard starting gear)
they start with a backpack
and etc
it's part of the code somewhere i think?
